This month we welcome CLAROPLANTS to our shop, a poetic and playful accessory for hydroplants.

CLAROPLANTS was created by Cypriot born designer Melina Galati and her Spanish partner Jose Luis Falco Mayo. The two met in Milan after living and working in Italy for 14 years and moved to Cyprus in 2017 with their wonderful daughter Lara. Having started their own firm working on different scale projects from product design to residential and retail design, their love for design, nature and plants slowly blossomed into a new brand, CLAROPLANTS.

As minimalists, Melina and Jose searched for an alternative and creative way to display plants in their home and tried to find the poetry behind the plants in soil and their bulky pots. The outcome was the design of the colourful and ergonomic acrylic plant holders as well as the ghost plant support, a smart and invisible modular acrylic structure that allows you to support climbing plants in an elegant way.

The plant holders are not only a fun and effortless way to decorate any day lit corner of the house, but there’s also something about watching the roots grow amid the interplay of light, colour and shadow that makes this practical plant holder almost meditative. Reduced maintenance and with this unique method, a gorgeous centerpiece for your home; what’s not to love?

All CLAROPLANTS products are made in Cyprus with care for the people and the environment and are suitable for plant lovers, design enthusiasts and curious children.
